      Pros

      ManTech has great benefits and great opportunities if you look for them.

      Cons

      The corporate office and the Government customer were always at odds nearly every month which caused them to lose the contact.

      Pros

      Good middle managers to work for and great co-workers. This is a good place to get your feet wet/stepping stone into the government contracting world.

      Cons

      Be prepared for you job to be cut at any moment based on contract end dates. Currently ManTech has lost several awards and the flexibility to transition to another contract is slim. Hard times for contractual work.

      - Very good work hours and flexible - Co-workers are willing to help you

      - I have been told that raises are slow to come. - It is contract work, so if the contract ends you might need to find other employment.
