      Not too many. Making this review from the perspective of working for one portfolio manager so your mileage may vary

      Cons

      The portfolio manager I reported to was a toxic leader who did not accept employee advice even though all the employees had several more years of experience on the contract and knew the customer very well. She would ask for opinions, people with experience in the area would offer their opinions, she would state she was not accepting the advice and would do the opposite and then proceed to blame those same folks when things went wrong. Would lie and blame others instead of accepting responsibility and trying to fix the issue.

      Plenty of Growth Opportunities

      Pros

      Team I work with is awesome and my higher ups seem to genuinely care. The benefits I receive are highly competitive. Opportunities for growth are very plentiful with a lot of room for mobility from within the company.

      Cons

      Have to work through a lot of red tape for relatively simple things from time to time.
