I consider ManTech a 5-star company because of all the people that I work with. I've been here for 9 years now and everyone has been awesome. Even the Benefits and HR crew are very helpful. I'd like to shout out Mike Rickman who has always been very helpful and thoughtful whenever I had questions or any issues. He is definitely "MR 5-star"! I like how ManTech Leadership always shares and communicates company news and ManTech many opportunities for employee development and opportunities for higher education. Truly a great and caring company. Awesomeness!

Easy job. Down time. Hybrid work opportunities.

Cons

Manager would not approve any request for getting more certifications. Wasn’t interested in my growth. Preference shown for seniority team members in vacation requests and choosing site travel locations.
