      Pros

      Culture is collaborative and mentor-based, benefits were good (health, dental, EAP, 401K). Co-workers were friendly, professional and supportive. If you are laid off due to funding cuts, their Mobility Program is a great way to see what positions are available within the company, and the recruiter can get you to the front of the line if you're qualified. If you want to work at a company that cares about serving the military and the warfighter, apply here.

      Cons

      The life of a government contractor isn't an easy one - contracts with the Government are always in flux, and funding for positions is always in question. My position was cut due to funding, so I know this firsthand.

      Excellent Benefits, Great Work Environment, Excellent co-workers, Military & Veteran friendly, very good pay compared to other contractor jobs

      Cons

      Mid-Level Management not people friendly; little chance for advancement; if you are doing an excellent job in your current position, very hard to move to another position.
