      Pros

      The people are some of the greatest and the work/life balance is better than anywhere else I've worked. My manager is the best I've ever had. She fosters an unbeatable work environment and as long as she works here, I will work for her. Overall I am happy working here.

      Cons

      There is an endless amount of red tape and complicated process for things that should be significantly easier. Senior leadership does not seem connected with the employee base. The company wants to grow and develop but is resistant to do so at the same time. It feels trapped in time and like it doesn't know what it's supposed to be.

      I'm new to Mantech, but wanted to give a huge shoutout of appreciation and respect for the HR Benefits department. Their dedication and support, off-hours, were provided to me, and it was highly appreciated.

      Pros

      Responsive management team. Flexibility with using tuition reimbursement for training as long as you can justify it being related to your position.

      Cons

      Lack of separate sick leave was a huge negative.
