The unit, position, and team are amazing.

Cons

Corporate Leadership is located in LA, so we are out of sight out of mind. Christmas of 22, we received Holiday cards as well as gift cards. Christmas of 23, we received nothing.

The Career Enablement Program of ManTech allows for personal, professional, and technical growth in several flexible options. It's hard to pass up if you want to become a good leader. ManTech has a wealth of work locations and possibilities. Everyone is involved and options for different work and promotion is exceptional.

Cons

No sick days, but there is an increase in PTO to balance it out (higher than the average company). The management in ManTech is also very open to helping for medical emergencies that may put you in the hole for PTO. ManTech ends up being a very flexible and helpful environment for their employees.
