      Pros

      Since starting in ManTech I have met nothing but fantastic human beings who are genuinely concerned about their employees and want to make sure they are doing well. They have been very accommodating and have helped me with any question I have brought to their attention.

      Cons

      Since starting at ManTech I have not encountered any Cons to date.

      Pros

      - Team members and supervisors are typically good people and workers. - The "mission" is usually clear.

      Cons

      I felt like a "revenue generator" instead of a valued employee or person. Program managers and above were mainly focused on "the next contract." Concern for the welfare of employees was a "cost of doing business." I worked at a customer's site as a technical staff member. I enjoyed the work, so I remained as the position's contracts transitioned to other companies, ManTech was the third. With more than 30 years experience as a government contractor providing IT support, I worked for seven defense contractors. I rate ManTech as one of the bottom two.
