      ManTech has many locations

      Pros

      ManTech Mobility team works hard to assist employees find other jobs when their contracts are closing--even if that new job is at another company. Overall, ManTech is not a bad company to work for, depending on the customer and site/location, and ManTech seems to have a lot of sites to choose from.

      Cons

      ManTech leaders seem to concentrate on buying up smaller companies rather than acquire new business, which then leads to reorganization and "scaling back down to stay within contract limits" or having to pair up with other companies to win contract work back that the original small company once had.

      Pros

      Some very bright people work here. Working with them can be a joy as well as a learning experience.

      Cons

      You don't get to work with many of those bright people. The management seems to be in disarray, not real leadership from on high. Divisions and programs are completely separate, no real sense of a company that is overarching everything. Difficulty finding other positions to move to when a program/contract ends.

      • Experience management • Work flexibility • Friendly staff • Willingness to discuss with employees on concerns (but hesitant to take actions) • Great office enviroment

      Cons

      • Overtly picky about job qualifications/security clearance requirements • Favorite-tism galor!!! • Unhelpful support staff (HR, security, etc.) • NO GROWTH/PROMOTION OPPORTUNITIES!!! • Cheap to employees - raises, bonuses, moral boosting events, promotions, etc. • Questionable ethics/morals by some management/employees • No recognition for performance/accomplishment unless kissing up to and/or being buddies with management
