Pros

As long as you are praising your Manager's and their "Gang" you are safe. This does not mean all Management follows these practices, but there are some.

Cons

Not only you have to always good things about the Manager's and Directors ( Mostly Mid Management ) you also, cannot say anything against their "group/gang" which are the people close to them. If you do, you will be verbally abused and warned. In one instance a director bought his wife, who was a Real Estate agent, and She was promoting her business ( inside a secure area ). Another example was that a person was not given responsibility to new technologies and the most important and highly visible tasks/technologies were reserved for the people who praised her.

Pros

MT was once a great company. I started at the tail end of that. But Q2 2018 there was a massive consolidation of multiple project middle management that was poorly handled with the release of many talented and brilliant people and those who remained were unprepared for the flood and the result was complete and total stoppage of all progress to building a new contract. The people who were there were generally capable, though the project was poorly structured and there was no process buildout or improvement due to that management consolidation.

Cons

MT was completely unable to set up a new project in light of the consolidation that had happened. Simple things that we take for granted in any company such as procurement failed to even begin to function and the new project lost most of the contract in barely 1 year due entirely to MT failure(s). During the loss of the contract: massive layoffs followed with many losing their positions. It has gotten even worse since. Despite years of getting my W2 and tax forms in the mail from MT payroll: this year MT payroll transposed my address and sent my W2s to the wrong address TWICE. Here at the end of Feb, I have yet to receive a W2 and 2 parties now have my full name and Social Security number. MT is simply one failure after another right now.
