      Good employee resources available for use

      Cons

      Too much bureaucracy and red tape No transparency from higher leadership Your job isn't safe if your contract runs out. It's not a priority to protect people Benefits are average There was no good-faith attempt to ensure employees are kept happy after an acquisition

      Pros

      My coworkers were great and supportive. Compensation was good until you reviewed the benefits....

      Cons

      Leadership was constantly changing. We were always terrified of layoffs. If you spoke to HR about any concerns, you were next in line to be cut. Health benefits were terrible. Make sure you check the out-of-pocket maximum before choosing a policy. $16k is insane! Do not trust any "remote" positions at this company.

      Make sure to get "hybrid schedule" in writing

      Relatively relax atmosphere at work itself.

      Cons

      Complete bait and switch as far as hybrid or remote work environment. Management swore up and down I'd be able to work hybrid but the first after I started, I was informed that I would be working at the office full time. When I asked my manager what was going on, he said he had no problem with me working remote but that I had to "clear it up with my customer". While this sounds reasonable at face value, it essentially was my manager shoveling his pile off on someone else.
