Great leadership here to allow mid-level managers autonomy to work with their teams. Not a lot of micromanaging unless the worker needs it.

Cons

Dated parental leave policies, contract based work.

ManTech Day 1 Experience, (D1X) has been by far the best new employee orientation and welcoming I have had in my many years as a working professional. They put out a lot of information and follow it up with the entire slide deck for reference. The process doesn't necessarily require you to have to refer to the documents however because the everything regarding onboarding requirements is linked and the "system" guides you through to ensure you complete the tasks. If you fail, it is likely because you tried really hard to fail. Within the D1X process they provide opportunity to meet other new employees and start the networking process. Very excited to be part of ManTech!

Cons

My only con is on me; I should have applied a long time ago.
