      Pros

      Military friendly, excellent benefits, medical coverage is the best out of dozens of other companies in the area, flexible work hours.

      Cons

      No career growth, if you do a great job in your current position, you are basically stuck there, Some upper management people are only out for themselves, Company doesn't pay you what you are worth, higher education is no guarantee of a better job or better pay. No feedback from supervisor's on your job performance, quota system for performance ratings.

      Large company so lots of internal resources, solid defense customer base, lots of internal resources, ability to look across company for other job opportunities, lots of cash on hand

      Cons

      Very defense oriented, not much innovative thinking, won't spend money on growing business

      Pros

      It was a learning experience since getting out the military. They move slower at getting jobs complete. It give me a chance to catch on to the systems in place.

      Cons

      I believe a lot of management was put in place by friends. They didn't really fit the position knowledge and education. There were some questionable relationships.
