      Pros

      ManTech provides employees the ability to have exposure to many aspects of the business, while focusing on their specific responsibilities. VP of Contracts is an honest and fair leader who looks to lead by example and develop employees.

      Cons

      Extremely difficult to advance in career in terms of pay and title due to current government climate.

      Pros

      ManTech has lots of opportunities as far as jobs if you have the right Clearance level, As well as a great Mobility program to help the employee move around with in the company.

      Cons

      ManTech will not in most cases upgrade your clearance level and they will not hire someone that does not meet the exact qualifications as posted on the Job description.

      Pros

      Nature of work, exposure to complex contracts. The opportunity to Interface with prestigious names in the government contracting segment .

      Cons

      A world class company having Corporate representatives acting like kindergarten. Lack of respect and no training provided. Aggressive environment managed by the threat of ending up in Human Resources office with no solid reason in regards to performance. Extended work hours with no recognition, no assistance and minimal support.
