Pros

One of the few jobs in an Intelligence/Analysis/Training related field you can find in Fort Hood, Tx. Nothing else is in my opinion positive about this company.

Cons

Management- probably the biggest con there is to working here, cannot stand how they treat employees, taken for granted, under paid, especially when taking into consideration the high requirements needed to qualify for a training job. Management (again)- Promotions are based on who you know, not what you know. This is a matter of opinion, since it is in fact difficult to prove, however, based on my eye witness experience I can say, its not based on knowledge. Management (again)- They dont have your back, all they care about is profitability, meeting contract requirements (which to be fair is their job) however, they dont care at what expense these requirements are met, that meaning, a good trainer can be gone none stop on back to back trips and another could be gone 0 months in a 12 month span, in my opinion a direct result of a lack of standard, or perhaps that the standards in place are not being held across the board. Compensation- On the decline Expectations- Vary based on field of expertise, on the rise across the board. Benefits- The worse I have had to date. Very expensive, poor coverage, no matter the plan. This opinion may vary, I base it on previous medical coverage from previous contracts. If I could leave today, I would and once I can, I will. If you are looking for a job with low pay and above average high expectations with a high amount of travel and little compensation as well as little to no management support, then thats what you will get here.
