      Pros

      Respected by the department of defense and employees are great people to work with. It's a good place to start for junior employees as you will wear many hats and learn a lot.

      Cons

      Leadership in the San Diego office is not organized nor are they willing to set you up so you can succeed. They are too busy trying to save themselves. I feel like I've been set up for failure as the projects are way out of scope, the pay is 25k lower than average salary and they expect you to work 60-80 weeks without overtime to get the job done on time.

      Pros

      Because of this experience I can honestly say I don't have any pros!

      Cons

      I've never experienced such dysfunction in a Company as this one. When employees are constantly complaining because management doesn't want to listen then you are no longer cared about. You've just become a number. I wish I would have seen this years ago. It's truly unfortunate.
