      Pros

      autonomy to work with customers.

      Cons

      while working directly for a customer, it is harder to approach company management. But, ManTech tries to keep employees involved with corporate.

      Not much to say, very few good people there.

      Cons

      Very top heavy, sr. management and executives have no clue of what they are doing, they don't communicate with their staff, and absolutely no clue on how to raise morale. Sr. executives have all the say they are destroying this company. Took away work/life balance. Ethics are not there. Lots of favoritism. High turnover.
