      Pros

      Salary was competitive and developed long-lasting friendships under stressful situations.

      Cons

      Management was based on if you were a technician as opposed to anything else. A technician with no experience in management was designated as such and usually performed poorly. This is the culture there, regardless of your past experience, your current performance or your education you are less than a technician. One aspect of the culture was that your morale was your own responsibility and that if they were fine, then that is all that matters regardless of the perks that they enjoyed.

      Good Company - Sometimes questionable management

      Pros

      Worked there for over 7 years. Good company that cares about it's employees and worked with some great people

      Cons

      Financial areas have questionable management who put too much on everyone's plate and morale suffers. Recently performed a huge "upgrade" that felt like turning back the user interface about 10 years just so mobile users can enter their time.
