      Pros

      Military friendly, excellent benefits, medical coverage is the best out of dozens of other companies in the area, flexible work hours.

      Cons

      No career growth, if you do a great job in your current position, you are basically stuck there, Some upper management people are only out for themselves, Company doesn't pay you what you are worth, higher education is no guarantee of a better job or better pay. No feedback from supervisor's on your job performance, quota system for performance ratings.

      Pros

      Good middle managers to work for and great co-workers. This is a good place to get your feet wet/stepping stone into the government contracting world.

      Cons

      Be prepared for you job to be cut at any moment based on contract end dates. Currently ManTech has lost several awards and the flexibility to transition to another contract is slim. Hard times for contractual work.
