Pros

Leadership has an open door policy and are willing to listen to any/all feedback. ManTech offers competitive salaries and the ability to work remotely. I thoroughly enjoy working with my teammates at ManTech and have learned so much along the way.

Cons

Can be hard to take a vacation, but leadership promotes a healthy work life balance so as long as you plan your vacation properly finding backup shouldn't be a problem.

Great company from personal experience!

Pros

The work life balance on my project is pretty good. The project is 100% remote so that is very nice as well. We pay is great as well. I feel like I am paid an adequate amount for the role.

Cons

If I had to pick something it would be upward mobility. I don’t see a clear path for growth. Outside of that I don’t have anything at the moment.
