      Pros

      My time here has been good. The people are good to work with. HR personnel are very responsive. I have the opportunity to learn new systems. My co-workers are very knowledgeable and willing to assist and pass on knowledge. I have an opportunity to attend several certification boot camps to obtain some certifications that I am seeking and htre company pays for the boot camps. The pay is good, it has an OK 401k but they have ESOP that could offset the low matching 401K. They take care of their people.

      Cons

      Benefits for a family could be better. 401k matching could be better.

      Pros

      Really felt like I was listened to and that my suggestions to higher-ups were taken seriously. The office I worked at had a policy where you could work 9 hours a day and take every other Friday off, very nice benefit. Medical and other benefits were very good too, including a good 401K. Sick days and vacation days are lumped together into PTO days; this means that if your not sick, then it's as if your vacation days add up fast.

      Cons

      Since it is a government contracting organization, there is always the fear that the contract might not be continued, or that additional contracts may not be able to be acquired for future work.
