      Pros

      The food was great, the employee felt like family, and I regret leaving. The manager was super friendly as well (it kind of scared the crap out of me at times)

      Cons

      At this very moment, I can not think of a con for this facility. They are truly perfect at what they do!

      Good Work Environment, But Poor Placement If Contract Ends

      Pros

      Professional work environment and competitive salary; The company is good at hiring talented individuals and Program Managers and the various programs that I worked on seemed to be well run; Benefits are competitive with surrounding industry; The company can typically retain many individuals due to the moderate work environment

      Cons

      If your contract is ending, the company offers little help in finding other positions within the company; No profit sharing or bonuses for "regular" professionals even if SLAs are met; The key to longevity with the company is finding new work for yourself if your position or contract is ending or ends, otherwise you will be let go.

      Pros

      Not overly bureaucratic for a company of its size.

      Cons

      Continual cost cutting and staff reductions eventually results in poor work quality as the remaining overworked staff struggle to get the basic work done. Not a company concerned about attracting and retaining the best and brightest...most have left. Salary cuts and annual benefit cost increases beyond the norm.
