      Pros

      ManTech works hard to ensure their employees are in the right position career-wise. They'll work to get you into a stretch position and help you learn the new role. If it doesn't work out or you feel it isn't really for you, they can work to find something that's right for you. Good working facilities. Where I work they have a flexible work schedule, which helps manage work time and saves me leave.

      Cons

      Limited training opportunities. Is a pretty flat company, which seems to limit promotion potential.

      Pros

      Very close knit family atmosphere. A fairly large company with a small company feel. Love going to work everyday!

      Cons

      Seems that unless you "know the right people" you will never get valid increases. It's very discouraging to know that the only way you're really financially recognized is if you threaten to leave the company.
