      Pros

      ManTech really takes cares of its people. They have excellant personnel support resources and benefits. The salary for the work performed was very competitive to what is being offered at other companies/market

      Cons

      My deployment was dependent on goverment contract woark. When the company was underbid and did not win the follow-on-contract, I was out of work. They did not have anything else to offer".

      Decent benefits- paid parking and public transit, tuition assistance, 401K, Employee stock

      Cons

      Complete disinterest in employee appreciation and maintaining morale. Often make you feel like you should be lucky to even have a job while telling you that you should support the company's bottom line.

      The ability to work in nearly 40 countries overseas with a industry average compensation package.

      Cons

      Management can be slow to deal with emerging opportunities and addressing issues; change can be a slow and painful process; bulk of business is with the USG and not the private sector.
