Pros
Health care plans are competitive. Fully vested in 401k and stock option in 2 years. Self managed, off site employment opportunities.
Cons
Senior leadership is out of touch with employees. Salary increases outside of company policy are unheard of, despite promises otherwise. Supervisors don't answer emails, HR doesn't respond when complaints are filed.
