      Pros

      It’s simple! ManTech has been the most empowering, encouraging, enabling, and supportive, corporation that I have ever worked for. Mantech is the only employer that has given me a reason to smile on my way to, and on my way home from work, every day! In my opinion, ManTech is a cut above the rest! Our corporation is in a league of its own, and no other corporation can even come close in comparison.

      Cons

      I honestly don’t have any Cons, nor do I have any negative things to say about ManTech. This is the best job that I’ve ever had in my life!

      Pros

      Steady income, job advancement opportunites, a good working enviorment, approachable leadership, a sense of value, and fair and honest procedures.

      Cons

      Some personnel in leadership positions are not a good fit with this company. I've worked for several government contractors with ManTech overall being one of the best in this business, however it's not the company's, it's always about the people in those leadership positions!!
