      Pros

      The telecommute option, if applicable. The benefits package is pretty decent. If you are in the military or ex-military, your chances of getting hired without a degree are strong. Several locations, world-wide to choose from for those last minute relocation circumstances.

      Cons

      Management! Horrible communication, inconsistencies, no management accountability, lack of leadership, mentoring, and timely constructive feedback. Salaries fall below the market for most employees. Redundancy in processes and slow to respond Human Resource department.

      Pros

      Incredibly talented employees doing jobs important to the national security. If you are good at what you do, you'll do well here.

      Cons

      Changes are being made, but for a long time some senior level positions were dominated by former military officers with tunnel vision.

      Pros

      Well organized Good benefits Very competitive compensation at least in my unit People friendly Promote learning and education In comparison to other companies I know of or have friends working at I think ManTech is at the top of the pack in taking care of and valuing it's employees

      Cons

      This is difficult because, like any large organization, there are bureaucratic headaches. Also, to conform with many DoD accounting policies we have some rather over-bearing expense and travel rules. But this is the norm when have DoD contracts
