      Pros

      Easy to move around the company. Responsive managers.

      Cons

      Contracting company. You never really see any other ManTech employees. Time off and compensation depends on the Government. You don't get treated the same as a Federal employee. HR at ManTech is terrible. As is the website and anything to do with supporting the employees.

      There is the possibliyy for title promotion.

      Cons

      Long long hours. razor thin resources, heavily understaffed, and very underpaid. This company is only concerned about bottom line profit and not about the employee.

      Supports a lot of mission critical systems. Very talented technical staff.

      Cons

      A lot of the culture and entrepreneurial spirit that made ManTech and its acquisitions great over the years has been lost as management has stuggled to optimize multiple entities into a single organization.
