Pros
The firm is evolving in a great direction. I've received extensive professional development and support in my career over the past year. I expressed my need for career growth and how stagnant I was feeling. I was languishing in subcontracting hell. Within a year ManTech paid for my PMP Cert., SCRUM, Cert., SAFe Agile Cert., I wrote on 2 high profile proposal, received 2 raises, and got a promotion to Sr. Business Analyst. I've received so much support and guidance from my leadership. I know my experience is unique but I know there are a lot of committed and supportive leaders to help you advance as long as you voice it.
Cons
Not enough diverse leadership. There needs to be more top down involvement in DEI initiatives.
