      - Work from home! - Content of work was great - interesting, relevant, impactful

      Cons

      - Limited BD efforts combined with illogical trust in current "legacy" (but now ending) contracts has led to limited future work/revenue possibilities - Limited future work = limited future WFH - Downsizing is imminent, people are starting to leave; Here comes the talent bleed!

      It's a job, you get a paycheck.

      Cons

      You can't get anyone in management to communicate with you above your supervisor. Supervisors have no power. Their IT infrastructure is piece-milled from other companies offering so there's a different login/password rule for EVERYTHING you need to do online. As an IT company, they are the worst at internal IT. They send out "contact us for other opportunities" but the contact links don't work. It's like Larry, Curly, and Moe started a staffing company.

      The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. Poor communication throughout management. This transition was not planned or executed well AT ALL!
