      Pros

      You can tell ManTech cares about its employees by the way the prioritizes culture and employee career development. ManTech immediately assigns a career manager to every new employee and ensures you can ask questions as you on board while navigating your way through the workday application.

      Cons

      I have not observed any negative experiences as a new employee.

      - Interview process was smooth and updates were consistent - Highly professional throughout - D1X experience was very well done and very thought-out. - Managers care and work with you on training - Supportive environment that also encourages education and growth I'm really excited to be part of this team and just getting started.

      Cons

      I have not discovered negatives so far. I've found a lot of positivity here and support from staff and management.
