      Good company, but becoming more "corporate" over the years

      Pros

      Local managers try to take care of the employee. They are close enough to realize who is producing for the organization.

      Cons

      At the corporate level, increased automation and isolation which can create a paperwork burden on the employee. The new timekeeping system is incredibly badly written, and is more about corporate needs, than ease of use for the employee. Health care policies have been significantly watered down over the past 6 years. Bonuses are becoming more rare, even for top employees. The same story is true for raises as well; with only new employees who were hired at an undervalued rate seeing more than 0/1/2 percent raises.

      Fantastic company to work for!

      Pros

      commitment to employee development, adaptability to changing needs of customers, fluidity of moving about the organization (between programs, as a rehire, etc.)

      Cons

      large company spread throughout the world, making it difficult to connect with employees/colleagues
