      Good company to be an engineer

      Pros

      I enjoy the work environment. There are times I am able to do more research while others I have to tend to the administrative actions all employees of large companies must do.

      Cons

      Lack of shared information. The office would do well to have more inner office information shared versus the speculation that results due to the lack of info.

      Pros

      Respected by the department of defense and employees are great people to work with. It's a good place to start for junior employees as you will wear many hats and learn a lot.

      Cons

      Leadership in the San Diego office is not organized nor are they willing to set you up so you can succeed. They are too busy trying to save themselves. I feel like I've been set up for failure as the projects are way out of scope, the pay is 25k lower than average salary and they expect you to work 60-80 weeks without overtime to get the job done on time.
