MAQ Software is a good company for engineers interested in learning the latest technologies, I was exposed to the latest tools and engineering techniques. I learnt a lot about digital marketing domain and agile engineering techniques. I used the latest development tools, Operating Systems and techniques to deliver projects. In developing our solutions, we had to focus on performance optimization, code quality and simplicity.

Cons

With agile nature of projects, we have to be much disciplined. On time, follow rigorous engineering practices with regular training. It took me time to adjust since my earlier life was different. Some of my colleagues did not enjoy this approach
