      - The organization constantly updates to the latest technologies released - Decent pay packages - Average age of employees is pretty low

      Cons

      - Zero for work life balance. - UN-necessary interference by higher management in smallest and minor aspects of projects sometimes causing nuisance - Infrastructure not so good and the company has poor growth plans

      1) Good learning experience 2) Higher responsibilities - team management role even at the 2yrs of engg. work ex 3) Good exposure to latest technologies 4) Good package

      1) Long working hours - Being a small company is one of its reason, in fact to get more learning experience, some employees end up working late. company is now working on that and as company grows, processes got streamlined this will not be an issue anymore.
