The founder and head of this company always has ill face.....he is never happy with anyone Reckless management who do not care for employees No work life balance No respect given to employees Some times you end up working till morning No job security

Easy to get in to Lots of learning (as you will be expected to work exhorbitant amounts)

Cons

Need to be in the office early, but you also have to be on the phone late with offshore team The second it makes them more money, they will throw your career under the bus in favor of their own interests "Excellence" is expected, meaning you will probably never hear a compliment or get a "job well done" but you will certainly hear about it quick enough when you mess up. Management doesn't care about what you want for your own career path, they just railroad you into whatever will make them the best profit.
