      1. Strict check- in timings (8:45) if you are late for 4 time then for each subsequent late your full day salary will be cut 2. People with back-end experience are asked to work on front-end technology, making the life hell 3. Making to work on multiple projects simultaneously 4. On-site takes the deadline for delivery of project without asking efforts from India team, making the life hell
