      Treating employees like labourers, and no support from management.- You will become a robot...who has no life.....

      Latest technologies to learn and work on.

      Cons

      Very very long working hours.....by this I mean....you may have to work on 15th august or 26th january, No respect of employees, Very bad work environment, You may even feel like a big jungle. Out of 220 employees in hyderabad...only a handful are having job-ex of 2 yrs or more here....More than 80% of the employees have 0-1 yr of experience....If you seriously want a balanced professional life..never ever join this company...The good performers here are just like robots. They may even make you work for 24 hours at a streatch......Even the best employees have to work for more than 12 hrs a day...If you are a fresher and this company is there for campus recruitment....Go for TCS...or even IBM...because then you will have a balanced life....THINK 1000 times before joinig....

      No appreciation for hard work, sheer lack of empathy towards employees

      Pros

      Get to work on latest technologies. Two PA cycles per year means your salary will skyrocket if you do good work. Opportunity to go on-site in a short span of time. Rigorous on-the-job training ensures that employees learn skills very quickly.

      Cons

      No work life balance. The upper management is blind to problems faced by the employees. For every complaint, they have a ready-made answer in the same template. No benefits at all! Long working hours. Even when you've slogged it out for a whole month, you'll not get a break. Freshers have to come to office for training on Saturdays, which leaves no time for personal life. Bad culture. Have to arrive at office before 8.30 but going home before 6 is taboo.

      Growth Company, challenging work, great managers and lots to learn!

      Pros

      Laser focus on training and learning- lot to learn and imbibe from supervisors and peers (helps me ramp up faster; I am way ahead of my peers in other companies!) Stays ahead of competition, because the company adopts and assimilates the latest technology and business practices (rare for a IT service company to do this) Pays above the market percentile..good performers are recognized (career growth is good if you sustain your performance) Peers are competitive..keeps you busy and motivated.

      Cons

      Nothing that I can think of..people with a learning attitude will feel welcome here..
