The communication was abrupt and intimidating, with no room for discussion or personal preference. Mandatory enforcement of a “professional plain background” profile picture reflects excessive control over minor issues rather than focusing on actual work. Such interactions create unnecessary pressure and reflect poorly on workplace culture.
