2. Forcing to do certifications
3. This one is interesting. CEO conducts sessions on Saturdays and will ask you SQL questions and review of his book (What I did not learn in IIT)
4. Managers asks you to buy their books
5. You cannot focus on your work with all other meetings and initiatives, reviews, audits. you can complete only 20% of your work within 8 hours due to all these stupid meetings/review/audits. To complete remaining 80% of work you must work extra 4-5 hours.
6. That means you have work at least 14-16 hours daily. This is the reasons they are paying more but now you can guess which is also less.
7. No personal life at all. If you turn back while working in this company you can see slide show of your worthy less meetings, review, audits but not your life.
8. Clients are good but not the onsite POCs
9. At the time of Appraisal cycle, they won’t care about all your hard work, they will ask you why you have not done certifications, no initiatives, no extra functional activities.
10. Hyd managers are good compared to Mumbai
11. No words to say about Director, better to be silent
12. No matter if you work till 3 AM in the night again they will expect you by 9 AM next day
13. No employee friend policies/Benefits, if you ask also, you will get the illogical reasons
14. Management doesn’t care about even for late night working Girls. So, Girls please don’t join.
15. You have to attend some other meetings which will not help you in any way on Saturday mornings like 8AM
16. No allowances for EST/PST shifts.
