Have to come on Saturdays frequently Strict work hours 8.30 am office timing Half day if less than 8 hours in office

Got a million reasons. 1.)No work life balance 2.)Management is so overwhelmed in sucking up the employees well-being that you won’t notice when u have become a zombie. 3.) Work culture- the real question is, does CEO know how to run a company or does he just know how to earn money? Not a ceo definitely but ofc a good business man😂. 4.)I don’t see any employee benefits or flexibility. 5.) HRs - haha they are hilarious in laughing n just laughing. 6.) if you are getting what I mean then congrats you are tht every employee who had worked here.
