Pros

- The programs offered to Management Trainees provide a great learning curve and help develop a greater understanding of not just the manufacturing industry but also in all areas of management. - Above average remuneration and added compensation such as provision of transport, food and accommodation. - There is a greater awareness of pursuing environmentally sustainable programs and a significant focus on empowering women across the organisation.

Cons

- Opportunity for promotion and career growth is stagnated - There is an expectation to work long hours in the office without much of an awareness of career/life balance
