Your work experience will all depend on the need of the Patient whom you work for. The job will have a rewarding affect and a sense of appreciation to you if helping those in need is what you like to do.

Cons

Hours Can fluxuate being in the home care field. Day to day you may have different cases and schedules it always varies.

MAS has an awesome team in office as well as great field staff. I have been working here for many years and have really enjoyed growing with such a hard working and fun team. I look forward to the new challenges as we continue to grow and make MAS the #1 employer in RI.
