Pros

They tell you what you want to hear to feel comfortable initially to sign with them. They are good at hooking you.

Cons

New travelers beware. Being a first time traveler my recruiter made me feel comfortable choosing her. I signed and moved across the country only being helped minimally when it worked in her favor. I was underpaid for the area I was assigned to and bullied into playing by their rules. I have never been treated so poorly by a company. I wouldn't recommend MAS Medical Staffing to anyone. Basically I paid to work for them.

Pros

Potential to make a nice living if working conditions are reviewed and changes are made.

Cons

The managers are related and on an extreme money and power trip. The new motto "be obsessed or be average" is only the beginning of how completely egotistical the managers of this company has become. Myself and a handful of others who worked for Mas Medical Staffing for over a year ( some being 3+ years) have recently decided to leave on our own free will due to all the unexpected and unreasonable changes that are constantly occurring. This company no longer values any form of loyalty or respects their staff. It is now an environment that pits people and teams against each other and creates a very hostile and unfriendly office.
