Pros

Not much sometimes you got to drink during the day you know because that's professional

Cons

If you even think of working here as a recruiter run very far away!! You don't always know who's really managing you or who you're supposed to answer to training is not on real schedule the way it should be. They say this is base plus commission yet have a whole list of charges that will come out of your commission and some of these things are definitely out of your control. It is an HR nightmare waiting to happen misogynistic attitude abound, inappropriate conversation and absolutely no professionalism. They will hire you and have you source and give all your people to top recruiters and then question why you aren't meeting their goals.

Excellent compensation for hard work, great for new-grads, with expectations of creating a career.

Cons

Work life balance can be tough, but that is with any recruiting role!!

Pros

MAS employees are builders and determined to be successful. There is a great Team atmosphere where employees encourage each other to reach personal and professional goals, while helping the company reach its goal. I feel the company does a lot for employees with activities, trips, rewards, recognition, and more. The pay is great and management is always looking for ways to give back to employees.

Cons

need to add more parking spots around the building
