Loved the people I worked with!! Very diverse crowd... nice to be in a place where I thought there was a meaningful mission and people who valued the same things I do. Management was great and very hands on... very open to lower level employees' opinions.

Cons

pay was minimal. since the staff is so close-knit, there are not many chances for growth within the company
