      Nano management skills of manager to learn. To learn age-old technologies. To see how people are losing their technical capabilities. Free Nonhygienic food.

      Cons

      It's guaranteed that who joins definitely their technical and interpersonal skills and capabilities degraded at the end. Boss or Manager will not listen to your voice. Exit Hr discussion is a joke, they will not come for any discussion before if you have any issues, only on your last day they will call you for discussion. Nothing to learn and grow, your life and career growth will be screwed. Don't have any proper organizational goals which will help the organization to grow as well as for the growth of the employee
