The company's management is full of politics.Not even 2 years since the company has started,the work environment has became full corrupt with the high level management.Double standards,no work ethics,no policies,low esteemed managers,micromanagement are a few words to describe. Employees dont have a work life balance since they expect employees to work even on Saturdays and sundays. Will never recommend this company to anyone.

Not care employees wfh rarely given 24 hrs on call support you will be held responsible for just lead. top management are not employee friendly they never meet team. which is worst and advantage fot managers. Never retains employees on exit. No proper HR policy or never know what hr do. all it is driven by your manager and stay in tact with or her/him. Hike are single digits and not on performance be ready to work week end for just 1k rs as allowance. Repeated works some time. No onsite oppurtunities u will go tour for 2 weeks if luckly. No skip level meeting still using grade based rating to crub hike %.
