      Discouraging atmosphere, foolish non tech managers , HR team is a joke because no HR policies.....

      Pros

      Technical managers are good ( unfortunately only one they have in india), transport facility ( which every company provides).

      Cons

      need to remove non-technical leaders in india. such unprofessional they don't even know how to give feedback for the associates. they only criticise, manipulate the truth and tell biased information. no transparency btn employee and higher management. another thing is worst HR team, no hr policies. they tell the comparison from CMMlevel 5 company but actually none of them in whole HR team have worked in that level of companies.... ( seems a joke but truth).

      Pros

      free lunch, cab facility, bit flexible timings well formed logistic and supply chain uses most of top end IT product but not all

      Cons

      Not care employees wfh rarely given 24 hrs on call support you will be held responsible for just lead. top management are not employee friendly they never meet team. which is worst and advantage fot managers. Never retains employees on exit. No proper HR policy or never know what hr do. all it is driven by your manager and stay in tact with or her/him. Hike are single digits and not on performance be ready to work week end for just 1k rs as allowance. Repeated works some time. No onsite oppurtunities u will go tour for 2 weeks if luckly. No skip level meeting still using grade based rating to crub hike %.
