      Good salary, free company products every alternate months and good work life balance (also depend on manager)

      Cons

      Doesn’t use the nee tech available in market. Business users are not so easy to convince to adopt new technology and tools to use which are available in market.

      Owned by biggest product based firm called Lbrands, where there wont be necessary fear of lack of projects in supply chain management.

      Cons

      1) Developing phase so not a hope for faster growth for normal associates, Always need to be error free and implement new ideas for hoping a promotion. 2) Equal leverage of valuing the work can be good to motivate or not embarrass achievers.
