      Pros

      Good work life balance. You work with a lot of talented passionate people from diverse backgrounds. They have various appreciation events to recognize associates. I mainly enjoy the people I work with.

      Cons

      Compensation is average and promotions are few and far between. Political at times and you work in silos.

      good compensation and benefits, positive corp culture, good work environment, lots of great people to work with, management treating you with respect

      highly demanding job scope and responsibilities, work/life balance, somewhat limited advancement opportunities, columbus being not the most exciting city to live
